The stay at Baymont wasn't what I hoped. The hotel felt more like a transient motel. The check-in process was frustrating. the front desk staff seemed uninterested. I had reserved non-smoking rooms, but I immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell in the rooms. Some amenities just didn’t work—like the TV and a couple of lights didn't turn on. While I appreciate having a room with a refrigerator and microwave, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were people gathering outside drinking, which felt unsettling. I expected more comfort and a pleasant environment for my family and me.

The bed was very comfortable! and the air conditioner actually worked well, which is a rarity these days.

I had a comfortable stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any requests. However, the breakfast options could be enhanced, as they felt somewhat limited, and the breakfast area could use a little more attention to cleanliness.
